Проверка System.currentTimeMillis() < proExpiresAt

Обновление флага isProUser

Отдельный метод AppFeaturesManager.isProActive(): Boolean

Цель:

Корректная проверка окончания подписки
Устойчивое поведение после перезапуска приложения
