No.

How would you like the problem to be solved?

Lenovo Vantage controls the level of microphone noise cancellation on my laptop (Legion 5i 16IRX9). When using LLT and having Vantage Service disabled, there is no way to control microphone noise cancellation.

What alternatives have you considered?

Implementing microphone control in LLT.

Because you device use NVIDIA GPU, you can use NVIDIA Broadcast App to implement microphone noise cancellation control.
