Unable to toggle script outside of OBS

I was able to install and setup everything correctly. I can get it to work but only when OBS is the active application. Once I go outside of OBS, to do a demo of another application on the display capture, I can't get it to work when I toggle it with the assigned hotkey. Not sure what I am missing.

• On macOS Sequoia (15.3.2), MacBook Pro M1 Max, using OBS 31.0.2 and script 1.0.1.
• Systems Settings: Privacy & Security: Input Monitoring: OBS enabled
• Systems Settings: Privacy & Security: Accessibility: OBS enabled
• OBS Preferences: Advanced: Hotkeys: Never disable hotkeys

Update: Although I tried various available hotkeys not used by macOS and other applications, I discovered CTRL+Z on macOS works as a hotkey combination within the OBS Preferences: Hotkeys: Toggle zoom to mouse. Problem solved.
