[FEATURE]: Add devnet/testnet/mainnet namespace support #3
Description
The https://github.com/Blockdaemon/agave-snapshot-gossip-client supports paths in the storage path. We can separate networks by namespacing them on the same bucket, e.g.
storage_path = "https://solana-snapshot.blockdaemon.com/devnet"
vs
storage_path = "https://solana-snapshot.blockdaemon.com"
