Try changing the top of that diffugen.json to a full path, so the ./diffugen.sh part should be a full path to that file. I notice you tried this about 6 hours ago, I have been working on this all day today and have it in a MUCH better place right now, massive changes. I would recommend cloning the new repo and starting with that, it now supports every parameter fully via MCP and also command line generation with all params! Let me know! Thanks :-)
