Support patterns with type ascription

Not sure whether type ascriptions `pq"$var @ (_: $type)"` or `pq"$var : $type"` are supported when we detect irrefutable patterns. Tests need to verify this, and if type ascriptions are not supported, macros should be extended to support them.
