The goal of this task is to create a news component in the stable build of the design system.

Requirements

• Minimum width of the component should be 340px. Otherwise, the component width should grow to fill its container.
• For exact typography styling specs, inspect the Figma mockup linked above.
• The date of the news should be an attribute on the element and the expected value should be formatted as ISO 8601.
• The tags of the new should be a slotted tag component (see Create tag component #285)
• Follow the best practices for attributes and slots described in Document best practices in contributing docs #201.
