Replace custom calendar implementation with component #51

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A new custom component has been built in CityOfDetroit/COD-Design-System#182 that supports nearly all the features of the current DPW map. Let's cleanup this repo by using the custom component from the design system instead of implementing our own calendar in this repo.
