Prevent emojis from being used in the text/textarea #265

What problem does this address?
A user asked about preventing customers from using emojis in the text field. Currently, we have an emojis field that allows for adding text and emojis.

What is your proposed solution?
We should keep the text field only for text. Otherwise, the emojis field can be used for text+emojis.
