Extract and Analyze RPM / DEB and other types of package files.

Maybe this should exist as part of the extract service, but be able to detect package files and then extract file structures from packages using tools such as rpm2cpio or dpkg-deb, etc.

Additional context
When uploading a RPM file to Assemblyline it fails to detect the type of file and does not recognize it as an RPM package.

BTW, I think the problem is mostly with RPM. DEB or APK (alpine) look to be handled quite well already:
