Fix crude route padding algorithm #9
Description
Current route padding is very rigid and produces speeds from 1 km/h to 40 km/h depending on lengths between checkpoints.
New algorithm is needed where distance between checkpoints is taken into consideration and will use a max km/h variable to set a max speed.
