I am using battenberge data for copy number analysis.

In battenberge, information about Nmin1, Nmaj1, Nmin2, and Nmaj2 is displayed.

I would like to inquire about whether Nmin1 and Nmaj1 should be used from here.

Also, is it acceptable to use 'ntot' from battenberge's provided data?
