pricing API error/send function for EOS has no spot for address

Had the Scatter v10 and it wouldn't send EOS earlier today. Thought maybe I needed an update and updated to 12.0.1. Had a very difficult time getting it linked and it took forever. Now I have a pricing API error (had this on version 10 as well) and the only fields in the send box are for the amount of EOS I want to send and the memo. No spot for an address. Is Scatter just having some issues right now or is there something I need to do? Any suggestions are welcome.

mrswhittlebury...any luck with this? I'm having the same issue and can't move my tokens off the wallet due to an error "Problem connecting to prices API".
