Drug-induced cardiotoxicity (DICT) is a significant concern in drug development, accounting for 10-14% of post-market withdrawals. A dataset on DICT risk ranks drugs based on their potential for cardiotoxicity, using FDA-approved drug labeling documents. The dataset includes 1,318 drugs, of which 341 were withdrawn from the market due to high DICT risk. Additionally, 528 drugs are categorized as having low DICT concern, 105 are labeled as ambiguous, and 343 have no DICT concern.
