Problem choosing option

I can't get past the different options when I need to choose between the different sources of information. I can only cycle between these options and select an option (I can see the star between the parentheses change), but I don't gen an input field. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

You have to press Shift + Right-Arrow to make your choice. then you'll get an input field similar to:

After putting your input, press Shift + Right-Arrow again to submit.
