[Bug]: Waybar menus & tooltips inconsistency

Description

Menus

Waybar menus have some excessive "decoration" around them (see screenshots).

I can't figure by myself what ?style? triggers such behavior. Any help or thoughts will be appreciated.

Tooltips

Other this is toolstips do not follow rounding from theme despite it is stated in border-radius.css, also can not figure this out by myself.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use any theme which offers corner rounding (i.e. Catppuccin, Rose Pise, Tokyo Night)
2. Open any waybar menu (i.e. right click on tray item)
3. Open any waybar tooltip (i.e. hover on mediaplayer module)

Expected Behavior

1. Waybar menus should not have any redudant decorations
2. Waybar tooltips should follow rounding offered by theme

Actual Behavior

1. Waybar menus have some redudant decorations
2. Waybar tooltips do not follow rounding offered by theme
