I wrote some management of wallpaper i suggest it

Use Case

you change theme it's change wallpaper globally
you change wallpaper it change only on focused monitor (work with hyprctl)

I don't see any difference for with --global. I don't get it

setting wallpapers are usually set per backend.

because global is needed by wallpaper-switch and i dont want to remove global to wallpaper-switch i dont know what it will break so i add this argument
