Improvements to run-sonar-swift.sh

- Allow Scheme to be specified via Env Variable
- Clear destinationSimulator when nounittests is set
- Perform traditional build when nounittests is set
- Always provide COMPILER_INDEX_STORE_ENABLE=NO
- Allow spaces in App Scheme
- Added useoclint flag
- Only build when required (oclint, unittests, or fauxpas is on)
- If plist version is $(MARKETING_VERSION), read version from MARKETING_VERSION build setting
