Feature Request: Test Runner Support

Thanks for your work on this project - it's been a great tool to use!

I wanted to ask if support for running tests (e.g., a built-in test runner or integration with popular test frameworks) is currently in scope for this project, or if it's something that’s on the roadmap.

Being able to trigger and view test results directly through the editor would be incredibly helpful for development.
