Add run / debug support in VSCode

It would be useful to have run / debug support in VSCode like that offered in IntelliJ.

Currently, using the run / debug feature in a Kotlin project gives the message "You don't have an extension for debugging Kotlin."

Is this within the scope of this implementation? Or, is there a recommendation for creating a launch.json to make this possible outside of the LSP using Gradle?

I've had success using the java debugger with the java extension pack.

Something like this for launch.json:

Adding support for Run/Debug is in the roadmap; it will be definitely added before we release 1.0.
