Some GOG Games are showing up when not installed #58

Thank you for this great plugin! I found that non-steam games don't show up, so I started activating the other launchers and adding some custom shortcuts for others and I noticed that many (but not all) gog games are showing up in the search even though they aren't installed. For instance if I search Anno, only Anno 1404 shows up (which is correct as it is the only one installed), but if I search for Dragon Age then I see dragon age origins show up as results from steam and gog, even though only the steam version is installed. Though this doesn't apply to all games I have on both services, for example I have Banished in both libraries but it correctly only shows the installed steam version.
I thought it might just be a few but after hiding a couple manually it seems to be many.
