Lemmy 0.19.11 adds a yearly donation dialog to encourage donations towards Lemmy development. Something similar would also make sense for instances, to finance hosting costs etc.

It could be implemented with new admin settings for donation text and url, which are also shown to users once a year. Displaying donation info for Lemmy devs and instance admins would be too confusing for users, so its better to show each dialog at a different time.
