Please note that Alcinoe is not yet compatible with Athens 12.3 (I m working on it)

so you see the problem :)
'git' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

you need to install git and add it to the path

I installed the latest version of Alcinoe, but when I try to use its components and run the program, it doesn't compile and gives an error.

yes, you need to have git installed to be able to run
(Alcinoe)\Embarcadero\Athens\Update.bat
