What do I have to do? Just pull, do the translations and then make a pull request? Or do I need to talk to some developer? Thanks in advance.

You can clone this repo, then translate and release your work in any way you like, as long as it doesn't violate the IP guidelines.

However translations are not considered official, which means that they will not be officially merged into a branch of this repo, and so there is no need to make a pull request. Though, you can still consider adding your work here after you have published your translation so that people who come to this official repo can see your work there.

Cloning code and making you changes there is a bad idea for a translation, which is why none has been merged into official mod - everybody keeps doing it the wrong way.
Ideally you want to use the tools renpy gives to you - https://www.renpy.org/dev-doc/html/translation.html and then release it as a submod. That way you keep your translation compatible, easily updatable, and won't break people's game like most translations do.
