Improved FRET Installation Process: Simplified Setup and Updated Compatibility

We have made several updates to the FRET installation process to enhance user experience:

• Simplified installation process: The npm run fret-reinstall script has been removed, simplifying the setup. Users only need to run npm run fret-install (for new or older installations).
• Python Compatibility: FRET now supports Python versions up to v3.13.
• Node.js Compatibility: Node.js is now supported up to v20.19.
