Clicking of a Zodiac Sign should show processing when awaiting response.

Performance Fix.

After User Click a Zodiac Sign the system should show processing or a pop-up or an indication that the click was successful.

Right now after a click the front end just processes the click in the background because it's awaiting a response.
In a low bandwidth or low internet, it will just be blank for some secs after the click which will make the user thinks the click is not successful and will click again on the zodiac sign or another.
And the page loads twice if it's the same.
or it loads to the first click and then the second click.
