Custom css username

Hi, could you add the option to add a custom css to the users. (just as the groups have it)

If this is implemented, it should only be available in StaffCP. Users being able to enter arbitrary CSS is a security vulnerability.

Obviously yes, that's why I put the same as the groups have it.
