Describe the bug
The footer is not sticking to the bottom of the page on initial Home page load if the screen height is over 1100px.

To Reproduce

1. Go to OWASP Nest Home Page
2. Make sure you have a screen height of at least 1100px
3. Hard refresh the page
4. See the footer not sticking to the bottom of the page when in the loading state.

Expected behavior
The footer should always stick to the bottom of the page.
