First of all i wanted to thank you for developing such a wonderful and easy package for variant analysis. However, I was wondering if there is currently any implementation (or plans) for using the mouse genome in the analyses provided. I noticed that trinucleotideMatrix() accepts any BSgenome build, but it seems that this flexibility is not implemented in the rest of the functions. Is there any workaround for this? I’m currently working with mouse WES data, and being able to use your package would be extremely helpful.
