We have right now in 1.0 version:

Triad Gang
Diablos Gang
Yakuza Gang
Yardies Gang
Colombian Gang

GTA Vice City:

Cuban Gang
Haitian Gang
Sharks Gang
Diaz Gang
Bikers Gang
Vercetti Gang

And for 1.0.1 version we maybe add:

GTA III:

Red Jacks
Purple Nines

GTA Vice City:

Golfers Gang
P.I.G Gang
Forelli Gang
Cortez Gang
