Hope to add an up and down button to the right of the start new task button for navigating user conversations

When conversing with the model over many turns, it becomes troublesome to look back at previous parts. Since the button to start a new conversation is quite large, the area to the right of the button could be split into two sections, allowing users to jump up and down within the conversation history by clicking, which would be more efficient than manually scrolling.
