Allow setting a custom currency for calculating the API usage costs per configuration profile

Just add a text field for us to override the default $.
Some of us buy token quotas from various inference providers in currencies other than $. I could convert unit cost to the equivalent in USD, but that's tedious and not accurate in the long term. It would be much more accurate and less hassle to calculate the costs in the original purchase currency.
