Unable to find the reason for the "" error

Describe the Bug
I have created a config, and it runs as intended on MacOS.
But when I open it on some Windows laptops, the system refers to a website "" that won't work. (See image)

If I hover the mouse over the icon in the lower left corner, there's a reference to google.com/a/oegnet.dk/acs - But I have manually allowed that website/domain, so I'm guessing it isn't actually the site that causes the issue.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the SEB file.
Login with our institutions SSO
The system get's stuck and gives the error, and the students have no way to progress.

Expected Behavior
I would expect the system to progress the same as all the MacOS clients, since it's a website and there's no references to OS specific settings.

Additional Context
I have tried with multiple different files, but the system still seems to bug and I don't know why.
One of the clients also gave this error, that I couldn't spot the root cause of (Does SEB support UTF8 in the file title?):

If you save the SEB file as "clear text" it is much easier sometimes to identify issues.

But what you really should be sharing are the SEB logs on the Windows system that crashed.

On Windows they're located at: %LocalAppData%\SafeExamBrowser\Logs

Might have a lot of existing log files, but use the file datestamp or look at the date inside filename. There's usually multiple logs, one for runtime, client, and browser.
