SEB doesn't start

Every time I start SEB it crashes.
I tried reinstalling it, closing all background prgramms and updating my Windows.
The last step I see before it crashes is "Stopping Browser".

Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2

SEB-Version: 3.10.0.826

The initialization of the browser engine fails, most likely due to a missing runtime dependency (for which the engine checks during initialization):

Did you install SEB using the MSI setup? Either way, please make sure you installed all the required runtime dependencies as specified in the release notes.

I have installed via the .exe installer. I double checked all the requirements but it still give me the exact same ERROR.

Then you'll need to make sure that no anti-virus software or alike is interfering with SEB (e.g. Windows Defender), see also #1274.

I don't have any antivirus programms other than Windows defender. I tried starting SEB with WIndows Defender off, but it still doesn't work.

That's strange, I still can't open the Browser.log file - is it empty or something? Can you post the contents here in the thread?

It is empty.
