SEB-Version not verified

A student had problems with installing the SEB. This is the message he received.

After that I told him to manually install ".NET Framework Runtime 4.8" and "VC++". After that the installation worked but once he logs in to OLAT, he receives the message, that the SEB-Version he uses is wrong. But we are sure it's the right one (3.10.0.826).

Could you look at the logfiles to see what the problem could be?

With respect to the setup issue, I'd need the actual log file of the setup (see selected link "log file" in the image above). Regarding the issue in OLAT, I'd need to exact error message from OLAT ‒ please note however that I'm not familiar with OLAT and may not be able to help with issues specific to the LMS itself.

The logs themselves do not show anything out of the ordinary nor any issues related to using the wrong version as stated above.
