Explore possibility of unified bip21 with liquid and bitcoin address in mrh

Currently if a user is given a lightning invoice with a liquid mrh and they only have funds in secure wallet; the send flow will trigger a chain swap to the liquid address. 

Ideally, the mrh bip21 should be a unified qr with both bitcoin and liquid address so the wallet can chose the best option.
