(Flatpak) Switch to Gnome v47 runtime for support for accent colors

Feature summary
If possible and without breaking anything, I'd like to see the app ported to Gnome 47 in its flatpak package so accent colors can start working again :)

Right now, it uses Gnome v46 in the Flatpak package

The UI currently breaks upon updating to 47. Would need to do more than bumping the runtime.

arch linux has gnome-47, and kooha works fine. what not works is the stop button in the panel, it seems to do something, but flash to disk not happening.
