[Feature Request]: Tagging folders

Is it/will it be possible to tag folders?

I would like to assign tags to folders with media files in subfolders. Inheritance would be nice but not necessary for me. I just want to find and open whole folders.

Edit: I've found out there's already a discussion about that. Unfortenately I don't know if or when this feature could get real.

I like the idea to mask a folder by placing a .tsignore file inside it, so that it would be handled like a file: #74 (comment)
