Input/Output/Settings buttons missing after latest Discord update

Describe the bug
In the bottom profile section, the buttons for Input, Output, and Settings are missing after the latest Discord update.

Has this been resolved? I'm unable to replicate.

Still an issue for me. Perhaps I'm on a newer Discord version?

Any progress on the issue? the theme itself is rock solid, but kinda unusable with this.
