Does Hunyuan3D-2 allow for commercial use?

I am asking this question because I observed discrepancies.

This page (https://github.com/Tencent-Hunyuan/Hunyuan3D-2/blob/main/LICENSE) suggests that the commercial-use is allowed (with some restrictions). However, this page (https://github.com/Tencent-Hunyuan/Hunyuan3D-2/blob/main/api_server.py) mentions "NON-COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT" in the first line.

Can anyone clarify whether the commercial-use is permitted? Thanks

• Tencent may grant this license at their sole discretion
• Without this special license, you cannot exercise the rights under the agreement

Yes, I read the LICENSE agreement.

But what if the monthly active users are below 1 million?

My understanding is that Hunyuan3D-2 can be used commercially without a special license. Can someone from Tencent team please confirm this?

I actually sent an email to hunyuan3d@tencent.com but have not received a response.
