Need new maintainers

I was one of the earlier maintainers of this project. But it seems I don't have much powers here to merge or at least do some code cleanup. Most of my time now is developing Rust software and haven't written a single line of Julia code for the past two years (maybe some but do they count?).

So I would like to retire myself from maintainer role.
