*Check Validation Flow Action* - Case Change Notification Email Does Not Go Out

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
((Note that these steps assume your org is set up to allow email notifications to be sent when a case changes ownership.))

1. Create an After_Update case flow.
2. Have the component "Check Validation Flow Action" at some point near the end of the flow.
3. Activate the flow.
4. Go to a case and change ownership. Make sure to tick the box to send an email notification.
5. Recipient does not receive an email notification.

Expected behaviour

The component shouldn't affect the behavior of the email notification on case ownership change.

Actual behaviour

Stops it completely--it doesn't show any attempts in the email logs.
