Update JUCE backend to 7.0.12 or 8?

The JUCE version that Vaporizer2 currently uses is now outdated as of July 2024. JUCE 7 is now at 7.0.12, and JUCE 8 went live.

If you are to update the JUCE dependency to either one of the aforementioned versions, it would be nice to have a look at https://github.com/juce-framework/JUCE/blob/develop/BREAKING_CHANGES.md to anticipate any necessary work for the Vaporizer2 codebase.
