feature map ignores reset window layout

When using "reset window layout", the feature map isn't reset

Probably related to #5092? I don't think we save or change anything related to the feature map (or if we do, it got broken).

Maybe but I doubt it since the position/size of the feature map IS saved in the BNDB and reloaded in layouts. It's just those two particular states (linear and file backed) that are not.
