Saving and opening a mapped view loses the architecure info

Repro:

1. File -> New Mapped Data
2. Select windows-x64_64
3. Save the database
4. Re-open the database
5. Observe the arch becomes x86

This breaks the workflow of using the debugger without opening a binary view pretty badly

My guess is setting the platform is not a "user action" that is saved in the database.

The loader is in charge of setting the arch/platform information. For Mapped binary view types this is informed via load settings. It looks like there is code to try and set a load setting with the platform, but it does not correctly sink it into the Raw view. I'll push a fix for it.
