Widget and App having connection issues

Hey guys, I know this app is very old but I still use it, love it, but as of today the app doesn't want to work at all. In getting "dunno, seriously dunno" every time I try to use it, and the widget complains of a "WeatherUtil error".

Not sure what I can do. I tried rebooting my phone and it's still not working properly.
