HA integration "constant" device list need updates.

I realize this seems to not be english, but i hope somone can help regardless.

My wife moves the fan and air purifyer around the hose from time to time.

They are both IP devices so not blue tooth. In home assistant i get notifification "constantly", assuming when device has been moved and powered OFF and then back ON. that the device list has been updated or something. I am guessing maybe its the API token that changes and there for is no longer "paired" ?

It is the same two devices? why do i have to go to settings and update for it to work again?
Is there something i am missing in the config?

or are there steps i can make to "automate" the update process as a fallback if need be?

NOTE:
I have resently change it to use "LAN subscription" i do not know if this was the change i needed to do.
but it is curently ON and i have not seen it since (have not bee able to recreate it since then but only tried a few times and not sure if time is also a factor here.)

I have checked that i have search for it but i have intact not as i cant read it <3 hope you understand.
