This is what I created to convert the Object list for HorseMenu on my server, figure it would be of use to you guys as well.

It supports RAW URL's like:
RDR3 Discoveries - Femga - peds_list.php
OR
GTAV Dumps - DurtyFree - ObjectList.ini

and converts them to various other list formats with a simple Copy to Clipboard button so you can easily convert and copy/paste your desired item, object, vehicle, ped or other lists to your scripts.

The input box supports .cpp, .lua, .json, .ini and .txt URL's
