Feature Description
Implement an API to filter blog content based on specific pet health and care categories.

Describe the solution you'd like
This API will return a FHIR-compliant list of blog topics filtered by categories such as medication, nutrition, limping, fleas and ticks, mental health, allergies, and wellness. It will help users easily explore relevant content tailored to their interests and their pets needs within the mobile app.
