i would vote against this issue / feature, especially as most devs will have their own UI / frontend stack and technologies:

• tailwind vs bootstrap
• hotwire vs alpine
• react vs angular vs vue vs ...

I would vote for a plain *.html.erb approach that is copied with a generator (i.e., rails g urlshortener:install:views) into the app/views directory and can then be customized as desired.
